With the start of the new training year, about 700 trainees and dual students are currently engaged in the corporate group - almost 30 of them in Gerlingen at Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis.

The Gerlingen company not only offers its own trainees and students numerous opportunities to gain practical experience, but also enables school students to gain insights into the professional world. To this end, Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis works closely with local schools. Now, the specialist in liquid analysis and the Realschule Gerlingen are sealing their close cooperation with an educational partnership.

The partnership is intended to be permanent and sustainable, but it is reviewed annually. Through this cooperation, the collaboration between school and business is to be strengthened. Both sides benefit from this. Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis can present itself as an attractive employer to a young target group, while the students gain insights into the professional world and receive support in career orientation as well as offers for internships and apprenticeships.
